Kaoba is a sparkling soda made from cacaofruit — the naturally sweet white pulp that surrounds the cacao bean inside the pod. The chocolate industry takes the beans and leaves the rest. Around 75% of the fruit. Discarded. Every year, millions of metric tonnes of it.

We take that fruit, press it and can it. 45% cacaofruit juice. 55% sparkling water. No added sugar. No artificial anything. The result is something entirely its own — light, tropical, clean on the palate, with notes of pear, lychee and citrus that make it as compelling on its own as it is alongside food or as a cocktail foundation.
